[An open letter to high ticket closers]

Being a closer is about controlling your time and earning potential to enjoy life.

Or, at least it was supposed to be.

When you started in high ticket sales I'm sure you were a lot like me. Things started off great, earning more than you used to while feeling the amazing freedom that comes with controlling your time.

But then reality hits.

Controlling your time turns into having your calendar open from 8am to 8pm (and maybe even some weekends) to 'hit projections'

Quality time with family or friends is interrupted with random texts from prospects or sales managers who have something 'urgent' (it's always urgent, am I right?).

Having fun on calls with prospects turns into hair pulling and desk banging as you start to slowly hate the people you have to be on the phones with.

So you hop from one offer to another in hopes it gets better, or just accept that the life you hoped to have as a high ticket closer is not as rosy as you once thought it was.

But here's the thing. It can be what you dreamed of.

I know because I was forced to make it happen.

I'm married. Have 3 young kids, one of which has medical issues that required me to re-focus and figure out how to optimize my time and energy to close more by working less.

After tons of trial and error, I went from being a mediocre closer to the top closer in one of the biggest sales organizations on the planet. 

But even though I had the best numbers, I wasn't the best closer.

What I did have though was very specific systems that allowed me close more in 30 hours/week than other closers on my team who had to work work 12-hour shifts 6 days a week just to keep up.

My goal is to help you do the same.
